Over the course of 20 years, Denny Weinberg (also known by his middle name Mark), held numerous important Senior Executive positions with WellPoint, Inc, one of the largest health benefits company in the US, co-founded in the early 1990's by Mr. Weinberg and a group of other respected health care leaders. Denny Weinberg served as CEO of a number of WellPoint's subsidiaries. WellPoint became possible only after the historic financial and operational turnaround of its predecessor company, Blue Cross of California from the brink of insolvency in the late 1980's, the result of leadership efforts by Mr. Weinberg and his colleagues.

Following his time with WellPoint, Denny Weinberg leveraged his corporate and turnaround experiences in diverse business environments. As of 2011, Mr. Weinberg holds integral positions with six different companies. He has been the Chairman for FRW1, LLC, which develops medical diagnostic instruments, since 2003. A year after he began working with FRW1, Mr. Weinberg became a managing member of the Montana-based real estate developer Skyview Development, LLC. In 2005, he became a Board Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Salem Communications Corporation. He began serving in the same capacities for the Dole Food Company in 2009. Mr. Weinberg is also a Board Director for Renal Ventures Management LLC and Applied Merchant Systems.

Mr. Weinberg has contributed leadership expertise to a variety of charitable organizations over the years. He is a co-founder and director of Life Skills for American Families and the Cornerstone Network Association. He also co-manages the Weinberg Family Charitable Donor Fund and Charitable Trust. Denny Weinberg has been the Chairman and Treasurer of the Little Oaks School as well as Director of the National Coalition for the Protection of Children and Families, Pepperdine University's Boone Center for the Family, and The CEO Forum.
